CONMILNET STANDARDS FOR PARTICIPATING STATE MILITIAS
Every state militia and its members shall support and defend the Constitution of the United States and defend against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
Open enrollment: Applicants to every state militia shall not be discriminated against on the basis of race, ethnicity, sex, age, religion, etc. Every militia shall maintain an active policy barring racists, convicted criminals, the morally degenerate, and subversives.
Every militia will maintain well defined, written standards for membership; training; conduct; promotions, discipline, awards, and other subjects.
Each militia will maintain active programs in the areas of recruiting, force retention, individual and unit training, communications, readiness, and other subjects. The militia shall have an Internet presence consisting of a website page and contact points for major commands and recruitment.
Each militia accepts an affirmative commitment to mutually support other militias when called upon by the CONMILNET chain of command, and for mobilization under criteria established by the 3rd Continental Congress.
Militia units shall be public in nature and have a clearly defined chain of command. Underground “cell” structured units are prohibited.
Each state militia force agrees to provide emergency assistance to other states at the request of the neighboring state upon confirmation of the CONMILNET division command unless otherwise directed.
Each state shall maintain a civil support organization or committee of safety to provide support to that state’s militia.
State commanders shall be commissioned by the Continental Congress after completing a DoD background check, and shall appoint all subordinate officers to their ranks.
